Before signing anything!

Recent events have proven that even large financial institutions have gotten carried away with lending practices that just don't work.
If you feel that you have been affected by some of the bad decisions made by these businesses, you may need to take a careful look at your current options.

However, first you owe it to yourself to make sure that you have answered these critical questions:

Have you been provided with an offer by a company without requesting their services?
Have you been asked to sign anything that transfers ownership of your home including a “Quit Claim Deed”?
Are you required to pay a large up-front fee without a contractual agreement that specifically details what services will be performed on your behalf?
Have you been promised anything that sounds too good to be true?
